Chapter 455

Vivian Bennett quickly took out her foundation and concealer.

She carefully applied them while looking in the mirror.

Those red marks were truly embarrassing.

It took her over ten minutes to completely cover them up.

Her phone suddenly rang.

It was a call from Prince Dacia.

This new friend always wanted to take her out.

But she didn't dare to involve him now.

If Liam Sullivan found out.

He wouldn't care about Prince Dacia's status.

That man became completely irrational when jealous.

She decisively ended the call.

She ordered room service.

Originally wanting breakfast.

The server reminded her it was already lunch time.

She had to change her order to lunch.

After finishing lunch.

It was still early before the meeting.

She felt too tired to go out.

She could only stay in her room watching TV.

The TV was showing a travel program about islands.

The blue sea and sky made her dazed.

The familiar scenery stirred memories.

She couldn't help falling into deep thought.

"What are you thinking about?"

A deep voice came from behind her.

Liam Sullivan's arms wrapped around her waist.

He pulled her entire body into his embrace.

His chin rested on top of her head.

His warm breath enveloped her.

Vivian's body stiffened slightly.

This intimacy felt completely out of place during their cold war.

"Nonsense, I wasn't thinking about anyone."

She looked out at the ancient streets.

Her voice carried a distant quality.

Liam snorted lightly.

He used his uninjured hand to stroke her face.

His tone filled with jealousy: "Which man has you so nostalgic? It's not Zachary Hudson, is it?"

He tightened his arms.

His face pressed against her cheek.

He demanded arrogantly: "I want to know who it is."

Vivian struggled to breathe from his tight hold.

"I already said I wasn't thinking about anyone!"

She struggled angrily.

Amusement flashed in Liam's eyes.

He loosened his grip slightly.

He lazily snorted: "Better not be. Otherwise I won't let him off."

Vivian had no response.

His palm pressed against her chest.

Feeling the rhythm of her heartbeat.

His voice carried a childish obsession: "This can only belong to me. You can only think about me."

Vivian turned her head and looked at him sarcastically: "What if I demand your heart belongs only to me? Could you do that?"

Liam gazed at her.

Suddenly curving his lips.

He replied softly: "Yes, I could do that."
