Chapter 533
Liam Sullivan bit down hard on her lips.
His fingers wandered restlessly over her body.
Vivian Bennett grabbed his mischievous hand.
"Stop it," she said, her voice breathless. "Didn't you say we had things to do today?"
Liam finally stopped.
He held her hand, his eyes full of amusement.
"Since we've decided to get married, we should start preparing," he said. "The engagement ring, the wedding dress, they all need to be custom-made."
Vivian was taken aback.
"So soon?" She felt a bit overwhelmed.
He had only proposed last night.
And today he was already rushing to plan the wedding.
This man was too decisive.
"I've already made the arrangements," Liam said. "The top brands from France. They've sent a professional team."
He glanced at the time.
"They should have landed by now."
Vivian's eyes widened.
"You called them last night?" She was both amused and exasperated. "You bothered them in the middle of the night?"
Liam glared at her.
"I'm impatient," he said seriously. "I wish I could marry you tomorrow."
He paused.
"But I want to give you the perfect wedding. So we must prepare in advance."
Vivian looked at his eager expression.
Warmth flooded her heart.
Other men had commitment phobia.
But he was even more eager than she was.
"We could just get married directly," she suggested. "Skip the engagement. That would be faster."
"No."
Liam's reply was firm.
He cupped her face, his gaze deep.
"You deserve the best," he said. "We can't skip any of the ceremonies."
"Prominent families value tradition. An engagement is necessary."
"I want you to marry me openly and honorably."
Vivian smiled.
"Whatever you say," she said. "I'm not in a hurry anyway."
He was the one in a hurry.
After they finished washing up.
They went downstairs for breakfast.
Liam quickly arranged for several servants.
All were trusted staff from the Sullivan Family Estate.
The head servant, Rose Smith, beamed with a smile.
"The young master instructed us to take good care of the young mistress," she said. "Especially during her pregnancy."
Vivian blushed.
"I'm not pregnant yet," she whispered.
Liam wrapped his arm around her waist.
"Soon enough," he said with certainty.
Vivian shook her head helplessly.
This man had even thought of that.
At noon, Rose personally cooked.
She prepared several of her signature dishes.
Just after they finished lunch.
A servant led a team of people inside.
All dressed in identical black uniforms.
Carrying silver toolboxes.
They looked professional and efficient.
"Mr. Sullivan, Miss Bennett," the lead designer bowed respectfully. "We are the team here for your custom fittings."
Vivian counted them.
There were over a dozen people.
Clothing, accessories, makeup.
Each aspect had a dedicated specialist.
Liam took her hand.
"Let's begin," he said. "I want to give you the most perfect wedding."
