Chapter 312
Vivian Bennett tilted her head in thought.
Her eyes suddenly lit up.
"There was an overweight man. He jumped from a tall building. What did he become?"
Liam Sullivan answered without hesitation.
"A dead overweight man."
Vivian was stunned into silence for a full thirty seconds.
Liam raised an eyebrow.
"Did I guess correctly?"
"If there was a car. Xiao Ming was the driver. Xiao Hua sat to his right. Xiao Hua sat behind him. Whose car is it?"
"You said 'if'."
"..."
No more games! Liam was absolutely doing this on purpose. He was intentional about it!
Vivian turned and stomped away in a huff.
Liam strode to catch up, a faint, elusive smile in his eyes.
"Why did you stop?"
"I'm done playing. Playing with someone who has no sense of fun is truly boring."
"Am I dull?"
"Duller than dull."
The smile instantly vanished from Liam's lips.
His gaze turned icy cold.
He grabbed her wrist, signaling for her to get on his back.
She stubbornly refused.
His eyes darkened.
He simply scooped her up into his arms.
Vivian gasped.
"What are you doing?"
"Doing something more fun."
Vivian knew exactly what Liam meant by "fun."
Apart from that one desire, he had little interest in anything else.
She struggled in his arms.
"Let me go. We agreed this was just a walk."
Liam paid no attention.
He carried her forward with long strides.
They were still some distance from the villa.
His eyes scanned the surroundings, landing on a row of sun shelters set up not far away.
A vendor was renting them out by the hour.
Liam rented one.
He carried Vivian inside and placed her on the soft mat.
Vivian tried to scramble away the moment her feet touched the ground.
He pressed a hand on her shoulder, his gaze dangerous.
"You think you can escape?"
Vivian glared at him.
"Liam Sullivan, this is a public place!"
"Let's see if you're still so talkative later." Liam pushed up her top.
He pressed her back onto the mat.
His scorching lips captured hers in a fierce kiss.
Skilled teasing.
Vivian's body gradually warmed.
It felt like flames were licking through her blood.
Lately, he had made her increasingly sensitive.
Liam used his knee to part her legs.
His gaze was intense.
"Do you want it?"
"No..."
He continued his provocation.
"Do you want it?" he pressed again.
"Liam, you..." Vivian turned her face away, holding onto her last defense. "No!"
Just then, a faint, indistinct moan came from the next tent.
Vivian froze, thinking she had misheard.
Then, the sound grew louder, mingled with a man's heavy panting.
The ambiguous sounds made them both stiffen simultaneously.
Liam's eyes darkened further.
"Seems we're not the only ones thinking of doing this in public."
His hands never stopped moving.
Vivian felt a wave of heat rush through her entire body.
A faint, cold smile touched Liam's lips.
"Do you want it now?"
Vivian bit her lip hard, stubbornly refusing to make a sound.
A long, drawn-out gasp suddenly came from next door, its tail end trembling.
Damn it!
A cold light flashed in Liam's eyes.
She could hold out, but he couldn't anymore.
